TonyLarkin

Managing Director & Auctioneer

Tony Larkin is one of Australia’s leading real estate professionals.

Over ten years ago Tony left the hands-on sector of real estate to join Barry Plant Head Office as Group Manager of Franchise Services and one of the Partners and owners of the franchise – in charge of the day-to-day sales operations of each of the 80+ offices in the franchise, as well as implementing and running an extensive range of the training and coaching programs.

Tony was the architect behind what is Australia’s most comprehensive in-house training and coaching program – a program that helped develop many top sales consultants as well as helping the Barry Plant Group be recognised as the number one sales group in Australia by Real Estate Business magazine in 2012. In fact, Tony is widely regarded as one of the best real estate trainers and coaches in Australia.

In late 2014 Tony sold out his interest in the Barry Plant Group and joined his wife, Karen, and three sons, Thomas, Josh and Nicholas, in establishing the Barry Plant Frankston office. He is relishing the opportunity to apply his expertise, his systems and processes and see them work.

“I have assisted a lot of offices and individuals in building their success by delivering the right experience and great results to their clients. Now, it’s time to help my family and the team at our local Barry Plant offices do the same.”
