Big Pats Creek is a rural area south of Woods Point Road near Warburton located approximately 80km east of Melbourne's CBD
Named after Partick O'Hannigan, an Irish miner who found gold there in 1860.

The Big Pats to Starlings Gap walk provides an entertaining outing along an old tramway encompassing two bush mill sites.
