South Geelong is a suburb adjacent to Geelongs CBD, bordered by the Barwon River and is the starting point for the Bellarine Rail Trail (a 32km track to Queenscliff)
South Geelong hosts an industrial sector to the south-east of the suburb as well as a residential area where you will find a number of heritage listed properties.
There is an athletics field, aquatic centre, basketball and netball centre a public park and of course, the GMHBA Stadium, home to the Premiership winning Geelong Football Club.
South Geelong has its own railway station and brilliant bus network.
