About Delahey
Delahey is approximately 20 kilometres north-west of Melbourne's CBD.
Delahey has a population of over 8,000 and is named after William Delahey who arrived from Ireland in 1840 and served the Keilor Shire Council for eighteen years.
Delahey has good access to the city via trains, buses and freeways. The area also has and a vibrant community centre and offers local residents some great schools including the MacKellar Primary School and Copperfield College - Senior Campus.
