Vanessa has extensive customer service experience having worked in a range of different industries including international freight forwarding, debt collection and account management in the financial and government sectors.
Her love of investment properties prompted Vanessa to complete her Agents Representative course and joined Barry Plant Reservoir in late 2021. Starting off as the routine inspection manager, she has now moved into the role of assistant portfolio manager alongside a senior team with 30+ years of combined experience and is learning all that is involved in taking on her own portfolio of properties.
Her previous experience has enabled her to also possess analytical and conflict resolution skills and has taught her the importance of ensuring all clients are happy, building a strong rapport and ensuring maximum return on client investments.
Vanessa values building strong relationships with clients and prides herself in being highly professional and having a great work ethic.
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking & travelling.
