Tatjana will be one of the first faces you see when entering the Barry Plant Reservoir office, she prides herself on being pleasant, approachable, and upbeat.
Being the first point of contact in reception this is a daily occurrence for her to our many clients who come in and leave with a smile on their face.
Tatjana has worked in customer service for over 20 years, she first started at Kmart when she was younger and moved on to a law firm soon after where she gained the skills and knowledge to further her customer service skills, upskilled to help with conveyancing and attend to settlements of properties both commercial and residential.
With many years of experience in customer service and real estate, Tatjana ensures all customers she meets have friendly and efficient service, and she believes first impressions last.
When not in the office Tatjana enjoys going to the movies with her family and challenging them to a game of bowling, when Tatjana has a moment to herself she enjoys reading and has exceptional skills in organizing aspects of the home, from kitchens to bathrooms and pantries which she enjoys. These organizational skills cross over to her workspace and allow her to offer that great customer service experience she brings to new customers and current clients that come into Barry Plant Reservoir.
