Since beginning her career with Barry Plant Boronia in 2003, Natalie has been known as a high achiever amongst her peers in Boronia, and without doubt, those who have worked with Natalie recognise and acclaim her excellence, determination and outstanding care taken when dealing with the intricate aspects of her role, and coupled with her mantra of ‘keeping our clients fully informed at all times’, she has certainly secured the admiration and respect of our clients as well.
Growing up in Ferntree Gully, and raising her three children in The Basin, Natalie is in the know when it comes to Knox, and as a highly organised member of the team, she still manages to set aside time to support her colleagues in any way she can.
Natalie’s enthusiasm for life is as obvious outside the office as it is within. Away from work, she loves spending quality time with her kids, as well as attending their many sporting activities and going away in their campervan with friends and family.
A conscientious and reliable individual, Natalie’s genuine desire to help clients, flows through to the way she delights in every facet of her work, including the rewarding moment when she ‘watches people pick up their keys for their first home, or handing over keys for a home they have lived in for many years’.
With an eye and appreciation for detail along with a strong ability to quickly connect with and understand an individual’s needs, what Natalie enjoys most about working within the Barry Plant group is the strong sense of ‘customer service’ and ‘delivering everything we promise’.
