Kathy has lived in Parkdale for over 18 years. As well as owning her own home she has also invested in the area. Kathy has a passion for keeping up-to-date with the current market trends in the bayside area and believes it’s one of the best areas to live.
Kathy has worked with Barry Plant, and Mordialloc (previously Phillips and Nicholson) for over 10 years. Starting her career as a Sales Consultant, Kathy’s genuine people skills and commitment to detail, combined with her strong work ethic and passion for property guarantee the best results for her clients.
In February 2017 an opportunity to join the Barry Plant Property Management Team arose and provided a chance to develop new skills. Kathy has enjoyed connecting with all the landlords and tenants in her portfolio.
Apart from real estate, Kathy enjoys spending time outdoors, entertaining family and friends, spending time on her 105-acre farm in the hills of Foster and restoring a 1976 Kombi.
