As I mentioned in LAST WEEK'S POST, our team at Barry Plant Thomastown has had an active December, and that continued this week with several listings attracting strong offers from motivated buyers.

One example of this recent activity involved a modern single-level home of three bedrooms and a study plus two bathrooms in Epping. This appealing home attracted good interest from the moment it hit the market, not the least for the abundance of parkland in its immediate area, making it a popular inspection for young families looking for a peaceful but convenient setting.
