Role:

Full Time Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM. 

As a Property Manager with Barry Plant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our rental properties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of roughly 160 rental properties, maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.
• Conducting routine property inspections and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
• Providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any tenant inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborating with our sales team to identify potential growth opportunities within the property management portfolio.

We're seeking a motivated and passionate Property Manager who possesses:

• Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience. 
• Full Australian Drivers License.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulations.
• Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail.
• A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.
