Spotlight focused on local market
In amongst your busy weekend, you may have missed an article published in Saturday’s Herald-Sun which provided further positive news for local homeowners, not to mention with those buyers who are currently in the market looking to become local homeowners.
The article written by Nathan Mawby, which appeared on pages 30-31 of the paper on November 19th, looked at the Melbourne real estate market and examined which areas of our town provided a high liveability index whilst still having a median price under $1 million.
What was really interesting was how prominently our particular part of Melbourne featured in the top ranked suburbs.
For example, among the Top 8 suburbs with houses offering the best balance of amenity and affordability, Gladstone Park was very highly ranked, along with our neighbours across the Freeway, Keilor and Keilor Park.
That’s a fairly impressive endorsement for what our particular pocket of Melbourne offers, isn’t it!
Of course, if you are currently in the market for a property in the north-western corridor of Melbourne in order to make this appealing area your own, don’t forget that our team at Barry Plant Gladstone Park are always available to assist you, whether you need advice on a particular area, or perhaps assistance in bidding at an auction.
Whatever guidance you may require, our team is always just a phone call away, so don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call 9330 1088 for an obligation-free chat.
