Moonee Ponds: 44 McPherson Street. Three main bidders fought for the keys to this classic four-bedroom period home, with the gavel falling at $1.756 million.
Niddrie: 27/70-72 Coghlan Street. Part of the well regarded ‘Niddrie Falls’ complex, this view-enhanced three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse sold during the week for $730,000.
Niddrie: 40 Hamilton Street. Set high on a good sized block of around 619sqm, this four-bedroom timber home saw the keys change hands at $1.39 million.
