Anxious buyers are getting in early

Strong early interest resulted in an excellent sale prior to auction for $712,000.

Boasting a wonderful setting beside Tea Gardens Reserve and the Maribyrnong River Trail, this brand new four-bedroom, three-bathroom contemporary home impressed buyers with its quality appointments and state-of-the-art finishes. An early sale at $1.29 million was the quick result.
Keilor East: 6 Alwyn Court
As we mentioned a few weeks ago, this beautifully renovated three-bedroom home at the top of the court attracted such profound early interest that the vendors were convinced not to wait for auction day after competitive buyer interest produced an impressive early offer of $815,000.
Niddrie: 56 Grandview Road
The vendors of this good looking double-story three-bedroom home made the decision to allow the auction process to do its job, and it proved to be wise choice in this case. Three bidders fought it out, with the eventual sale price of $965,000 exceeding our vendor’s expectations.
