Is this Spring performing better that expected?

It was great to see much larger crowds out and about at today's auction. This also meant auctions with up to 7 bidders and strong competition. Speaking to many buyers today it seems that most have been in a holding pattern over winter and assessing the next steps, now not waiting any longer and are ready to buy.
The good news is that I believe this new buyer confidence is here to stay at least through this Spring period where there are low property levels on the market and a sense of buyer confidence again.
