The strong results continue this week across the eastern and northeastern suburbs.
Good quality family homes with sizeable land are very high in demand at the moment and so too are single-level units.
Property levels are still low at the moment and this is the main contributor to the renewed momentum.
The new balanced market is creating more confidence for buyers and sellers and we are expecting this positivity to continue right through winter.
We noticed more buyers participating at the auctions today and our open-for-inspection numbers were solid again this week.
