Impressive results for Barry Plant Manningham as the market heats up this summer!
Despite uncertain economic times, buyer numbers continue to soar week on week with some open home numbers at levels we have not seen since the pandemic period. We are getting 40 and 50 groups through some opens and buyers keen to make pre-auction offers as the Auctions once again heat up!
Our Auctions are all well attended and multiple bidders are again competing strongly to secure first place.
The question is….. How long will this last? The market is significantly stronger than in late 2022.
So why are there so many buyers attending opens and auctions?
This mid-summer rush of buyers is a result of low property levels and an increased number of buyers entering the market. Today we estimate to meet close to 2,000 buyers which is significantly up on recent months' activity.
It’s hard to say how long this increased buyer activity and strong results will last in the current economic climate.
It could be that people are tired of waiting and are getting on with life or is it just a delayed Spring rush? I don’t have a crystal ball however I will answer these questions as we go through the February and March market.
What I do know is that if you thinking of selling, it's a great idea to get on as soon as possible and join in on the great results we are getting for our clients.
This week, Barry Plant Manningham was once again awarded as the NO.1 metro office in Vitoria and placed 8th in the country by REB (real estate business).
