In the past, some have questioned the merits of staging open homes on a public holiday given the perception that buyers opt for a weekend getaway or a mini-break from house-hunting.

However, if the high interest levels at our previous public holiday open homes are anything to go by, we can expect strong attendances at a number of our open homes this weekend.

Following a high number of sales over the past fortnight, the Barry Plant Eastern Group is also expecting the positive momentum to continue with another weekend of excellent sales results for our vendors.

An inviting home ideal for first-time buyers, downsizers or investors, it’s guaranteed to attract plenty of interest given the reduced number of auctions due to Easter. Our results from this week’s sales will be published the weekend after Easter.
