As we head into the Spring / Summer months with warmer weather in sight, we have already started to see a high level of buyer enquiry for lifestyle properties as families search for a private haven of swimming pools, tennis courts and lush gardens. Large backyards and home office space lead the types of buyer enquiries this week.

French provincial homes lead the way for enquiry, for the inner eastern suburbs. There have been some record results achieved in Mont Albert and Mont Albert North in recent weeks. A stand out sale was 1 Streeton Court, Mont Albert which sold for $3,000,000. This result comes off the back of the popular home at 8 Halifax Street, Mont Albert North that sold in two weeks for a suburb record for 2022 of $4,390,000. Once again confirming the strength of the French Provincial market at the moment

At today’s auctions, we again saw buyers out and about bidding with confidence, with most auctions having exciting and competitive bidding. We finished the day with an impressive 86% auction success!
