Barry Plant launches new Cranbourne office led by dynamic female duo
Barry Plant is thrilled to announce the opening of its latest office in Cranbourne, marking an exciting new chapter for two trailblazing women in real estate.
Nicola Parreira, Director of Barry Plant Narre Warren, and Angelia Williams, her long-time mentee, are coming full circle to co-direct this fresh venture. What began over eight years ago with Williams starting as Parreira’s assistant has blossomed into a powerful partnership, as the duo reunites to bring their combined expertise and vision to the vibrant Cranbourne market.
This next step is not just an expansion for Barry Plant—it’s the culmination of a shared journey of growth, mentorship, and success for Parreira and Williams. Together, they are poised to deliver a fresh, innovative approach to real estate, leveraging their deep-rooted connection and proven track records to offer the Cranbourne community something truly special.
Parreira, who has overseen the success of Barry Plant Narre Warren, is excited to extend her expertise into Cranbourne.
"The Cranbourne office is a natural progression for us, we’re taking the customer service excellence and innovation we've honed in Narre Warren, and bringing it to an area that’s ripe with potential," Parreira said.
"There’s a great synergy between Angelia and I, we combine old-school values with new-school technology, and that’s what sets us apart."
Parreira’s connection with Williams goes back more than eight years when Williams first joined Barry Plant as Parreira’s assistant.
Williams has since built a strong career as an independent agent, and the two have now reunited to co-direct the Cranbourne office.
"Angelia has always been a rising star, her marketing finesse and deep understanding of the local real estate landscape make her the perfect partner to bring our vision for Cranbourne to life," Parreira said.
Williams is equally excited about the partnership and the next chapter of her career.
"Heading a new office has been something I have wanted to do for a long time, it just seems like my obvious next step," Williams said.
"Nicola has been my mentor from the start, and when the opportunity to co-direct this office came up, it was a no-brainer.
“The Cranbourne area is full of potential, and I’m excited to bring Barry Plant’s reputable brand to the community."
The new office will be home to a diverse team of seven real estate professionals, five of whom will be dedicated to Cranbourne. With an all-male, multicultural team under the leadership of two female directors, this venture brings a unique dynamic to the area.
"We’ve built a team that’s reflective of the diversity in the Cranbourne region, and we’re training them to deliver customer service that’s second to none," Parreira said.
"This suburb is going to feel the impact of our fresh approach."
Both directors are confident that their combined leadership will deliver unparalleled results for clients in the Cranbourne area.
"It’s exciting to be part of something bigger than myself, building this office from the ground up and reflecting the high standards we’ve set at Barry Plant," Williams said.
"We’re ready to bring a new flavour to Cranbourne and provide the kind of service this community deserves."
The new office is slated for a grand opening in November, and Barry Plant Cranbourne is already poised to make its mark in the region.
Barry Plant CEO Lisa Pennell said Nicola and Angelia’s tactical approach to the new office is already proving successful.
“Even before the physical location has opened, a highly successful career night and tactical recruitment has allowed Nicola and Angelia to build a diverse team, enabling them to launch the Barry Plant brand in Cranbourne from the existing Barry Plant Narre Warren office,” Ms Pennell said.
“With the Narre Warren team having built significant local market share and picked up several key awards at our most recent Awards for Excellence, we don’t doubt the Cranbourne business will fast become equally successful.”
