Barry Plant goes back to its roots with its rebrand and new offices
Barry Plant Group is set to rebrand with a fresh new look that takes the company back to its roots.
The company has had numerous rebrands over the journey, however, the new look draws on its history of innovation and trendsetting.
The new brand colours – watermelon, cobalt, and sand – are symbolic of this fresh start, representing the vibrancy and authenticity that defines the new identity, the company said.
Head of Marketing Monika Kamienowska said the team has worked tirelessly to deliver the new brand.
“The early stages of every rebrand is never straightforward, but the way in which we’ve approached it collaboratively has minimised the impact of any gaps extremely effectively,” Ms Kamienowska said.
“Since the launch of our rebrand, the outpouring of support from clients, partners, and the community has been nothing short of inspiring.
“This is just the beginning of an exciting journey and the brand is committed to pushing the boundaries further.
“Barry Plant has been reimagined, but our commitment to innovation and excellence will continue to evolve.”
Barry Plant CEO Lisa Penell said when the new look was first unveiled to the directors, there was unanimous support for the updated brand.
“This resounding show of support demonstrated the company’s remarkable cohesion and its ability to take a collective stride forward into uncharted territory, with the authentic spirit that defines the group,” Ms Penell said.
“Barry Plant remains the same at its core, with the same heart, unwavering integrity, and genuine care for their clients, but now with a rejuvenated and refreshed look.”
Barry Plant Group has also announced the opening of a number of new offices in Korumburra and Yarra Glen.
Spencer Unlock Real Estate, a boutique agency established in 2019, will continue to serve its valued clients, under the new banner of Barry Plant Korumburra, in Korumburra, South Gippsland.
Director Joanne Gillard said the decision to partner with Barry Plant was driven by her aspiration to adapt to the evolving real estate landscape, offering clients enhanced services and resources.
“We did talk to other brands, but I felt Barry Plant was the best fit for our team, they seemed genuinely excited to have us on board and we were clearly on the same page in terms of our purpose,” Ms Gillard said.
“It was refreshing to feel the same energy, and understand that our values align."
Sarah Savio will also take on the role of managing the new Barry Plant office in Yarra Glen in Victoria, which is co-owned by Matt Jinks and James Brougham of Barry Plant Croydon.
“What my team and I will bring to Yarra Glen and surrounding areas is a level of real estate they haven’t experienced before,” Ms Savio said.
“Not only are we highly skilled, but we have the best technology tools and data at our fingertips.”
Meanwhile, Bill and Deanna Dontsios are set to return to Barry Plant with the Epping office.
“We wanted to be a part of a group that was a known brand in the marketplace, that had strong integrity, and had their ethics in order; and our belief systems aligned,” Mr Dontsios said.
“We place a great importance on our community, being involved in local events, doing our part and giving back.
“While it’s great for us to do well, we want to celebrate the success with our communities, and that means everyone thrives.”
