Having grown up in the Bayside area, Matthew is appreciative and proud to operate in a marketplace that is very personal to him.
Matthew has genuine empathy for his clients, and a key part of his professional ethos is to build long-term ‘client for life’ relationships. Matthew also maintains a substantial database of clients and takes a keen interest in current statistics, trends, and conditions in the local market.
As someone who found the ever-changing nature of the real estate industry captivating, Matthew made the jump from the fire services industry where his responsibilities included managing and overseeing large buildings in the CBD and all over Melbourne.
Over the years, Matthew has also played football for Dingley Football Club and attended Cheltenham Secondary College. His local experiences have enabled him to truly understand all of the great elements that make the Bayside area such a fantastic place to live.
In his time away from the office, Matthew enjoys snow sports, playing basketball and the occasional camping trip when his busy calendar allows.
Matthew also has a real passion for taking high-end photographs and this is evident in how well he presents each home he sells.
