Jay Moxon believes that the greatest asset in business is to stand out from your competitors. In saying this, Jay kicked off his career in Real Estate in 2007 as a Personal Assistant. Within 4 months, he was promoted to Sales Executive and commenced his journey to being a well-known and respected agent within the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. jay wasted no time climbing the Real Estate ranks by becoming an accredited auctioneer back in 2009.
After graduating from the course, Jay made a major impression on the marketplace, with his first two auctions selling $94,000 and $125,000 above the reserve, respectively. Jay continued to exceed his vendors’ expectations, with his first ten auctions selling at a 100% clearance rate with an average of $40,000 above the reserve.
In 2010, Jay completed his Certificate IV in Property Services and is also a Licensed Estate Agent.
Working alongside his partner Lisa, they are also proud new parents to their son Levi and daughter Skyla. Jay’s hobbies include attending the gym, playing golf, watching his beloved Magpies, and above all, spending time with family and friends.
