With a passion for success and determination, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of his working career and his extensive knowledge of the local community.

Dan is the 3rd generation of O’Loughlin’s in Real Estate and has chosen Barry Plant for his own Real Estate journey as our business partner for the Berwick, Pakenham and Drouin office.

With over 20 years’ experience with the Hardy Family’s group of business, Dan grew from strength to strength becoming the General Manager for the Good Guys managing and training a large team towards success.

Born and bred in Pakenham, Dan completed his education at St. Francis Xavier College and has a great understanding of the local area and loves seeing how Pakenham & Berwick has grown and developed over the last 40 years.

Dan is a well-known and loved Pakenham & Berwick identity being a local football legend for the past 20 years and then going into coaching the senior side at Pakenham and Tooradin.

Away from the office, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Amy, daughter Daisy, and son Ted who are a very important part of his successful career.

When he is able to have downtime in his busy schedule, he loves spending time with his friends, catching up for bbq's, and playing golf.
