Helena has three years of experience in Property Management, where she has developed a solid foundation in overseeing residential properties and ensuring renter satisfaction. Before diving into real estate, she managed a restaurant and worked in a bakery, two experiences that sharpened her management skills and attention to detail.
She has strong ties to the area, as her family owns several investment properties locally. Growing up surrounded by these properties has given her valuable insights into the regional market and a deep understanding of local trends and community needs. Helena chose to work in real estate because she grew up listening to her parents discuss their investment properties. Their experiences inspired her to follow in their footsteps and pursue a career in property management. Real estate runs in the family! Her sister also works in our Property Management department and both have a shared passion for the field. What Helena loves most about property management is meeting new people. Building positive relationships with renters and property owners is incredibly fulfilling for her. Outside of real estate, Helena enjoys Greek dancing. Having lived in Greece for ten years, she can speak fluent Greek and she cherishes the cultural experiences she gained during that time.
