After a highly successful auction weekend across the Barry Plant Eastern Group, it’s clear that buyer enthusiasm is making a strong comeback. This month, we’re seeing an influx of buyers entering the market — likely the most active month we’ve had all year.

With the American elections now behind us and a wave of positivity in the property market, buyers are feeling reassured. Interest rates are likely to drop next year, which is encouraging many to secure a property before Christmas, anticipating that prices will climb in 2025 and beyond.
