David is a real estate professional in the true sense of the word. He is a leader with extraordinary energy and drive for the real estate industry, the Barry Plant Group and for his team at the Craigieburn Office.
With 30 years experience in real estate David is well known through the local area due to his upbringing. His parents, which derive from an Irish and Italian background, migrated to Coburg in the 50's and David was brought up with love for the area like so many other families in that generation.
David's understanding of the media is one of his greatest strengths. He often is a spokesman for the Barry Plant Group in media comments to The Age and Herald's dedicated real estate sections. David was also a guest real estate commentator with Denis Walter on 3AW on Saturday nights.
With qualifications such as, completing the Australian Institute of Management course in managing a sales team, obtaining his real estate license at RMIT and being a finalist in the Barry Plant senior auctioneer competition in the 2001/2002 and 2003, David is the complete expert.
David has a unique devotion for real estate and believes it's the day to day running of his business that makes his office the area leader that ensures professional dedication to all clients.

A historic office reinvigorated by new local leadership
The legacy Barry Plant Coburg office is embarking on a new chapter of growth and innovation, as the ownership baton is passed once again, this time to Coburg-born and bred Fadi Khoder, who is returning to his roots to lead the office. This transition marks the acquisition of the office from long-standing directors David Devlin and Rocco Siciliano.
