Barry Plant is a major sponsor of the Pat Cronin Foundation and teams from many of Barry offices will be putting on their walking shoes and gathering at the Heidelberg Cricket Club at 10am on Sunday 20th November to walk to the Lower Plenty football ground to raise funds for this amazing organisation. After the 8.4 km stroll there will be food, drinks, music and kids entertainment.

The Pat Cronin Foundation works with schools, sporting clubs and community groups to educate young people in an endeavour to reduce social violence and end the “coward punch”. Matt and Robyn Cronin created the Foundation when their 19-year-old son, Pat, tragically died in 2016 after being struck from behind while assisting a mate

Part of Barry Plant’s support for The Pat Cronin Foundation involves local Barry Plant offices using the community connections - with schools, sporting clubs and community groups, to help the Pat Cronin Foundation deliver their life-saving message to a broad young audience.
