Fiona Nicholson has been an integral part of the Barry Plant success story since 1989.
Starting in Barry Plant's first office in Templestowe Fiona has watched the company grow over the years to the success it is today. Having developed an enviable record as a key member of the administrative team for well over 20 years, her current role as Office/Operations Manager of Barry Plant's top performing office is indicative of her broad knowledge. The role of Office/Operations Manager is comprehensive and requires expertise in many fields.
Fiona is central to the operations of the company and provides the focal point for most daily undertakings and is in constant communication with the Director Spiro Drossos. Fiona provides outstanding customer service by fostering professional relationships with all clients while caring about their individual circumstances. Many clients have commented over the years on Fiona's attention to detail and caring nature.
A role with this much responsibility is not one to be taken lightly, but then Fiona shows a rare level of attention to detail and organisational skills. In fact, her background prior to undertaking a career in real estate included co-ordinating major functions for up to 1000 guests in a major five-star hotel, certainly not a role for the feint hearted! Fiona's dedication has seen her win a number of awards over the years, although she says her greatest reward is the friendships she has developed over the years with so many of her colleagues.
In her spare time, as a mother of three teenagers, Fiona is involved in community activities, including being an active committee member for Relay for Life. With Fiona Nicholson on the job, you can be sure that your property transaction is being managed with the utmost professionalism and care.
