The change of months during the week didn’t seem to make any difference to the level of buyer activity in the City of Moonee Valley and surrounding suburbs, with SOLD signs going up on Barry Plant boards right across the area.

Among the most recent results achieved by our team were:

Aberfeldie: 8/257 Buckley Street. Set at the rear of the building to maximise privacy, this stylish two-bedroom apartment with dual balconies was sold prior to this week’s scheduled auction, achieving $607,000.

Airport West: 3/69 Bowes Avenue. Strong early interest in this modern two-bedroom unit beside Bowes Reserve resulted in another pleasing sale prior to auction at $640,000.

Airport West: 4 Peters Street. Potential was the word on everyone’s lips as they gathered for the auction of this timeless three-bedroom timber home near Essendon-Keilor College. The sold sign went up at $842,000.

Essendon: 3/322 Buckley Street. Part of a group of just six with easy access to Buckley Street Village made this two-bedroom unit a popular option. Mid-week negotiations produced a pleasing sale at $525,000.

Keilor East: 3/19 Berembong Drive. An eye-catching design with soaring ceilings and overhead glass helped set this two-bedroom unit apart. Five bidders at this week’s auction saw the SOLD sign go up at $706,000, well above our happy vendor’s reserve.

Moonee Ponds: 1/43 Buckley Street. This neat single-bedroom ground floor flat with direct access via a private courtyard sold early at $380,000 using our unique Sale by Set Date® campaign.

Niddrie: 70-72 Coghlan Street. Part of a secure residential complex with a resort style pool, this three-bedroom townhouse benefitted from competitive interest, resulting in a strong sale at $722,000.

Pascoe Vale: 2/21 Main Street. A premium location abutting the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail added to the appeal of this two-bedroom unit. It was another to achieve and early result during the week.

As we keep reminding homeowners in Moonee Valley, results like these are only possible with the right advice and strategy, so if you are currently weighing up your property plans, don’t hesitate to give us a call this week at Barry Plant Moonee Valley. You’ll get us on 9373 0000.
